What if I want to return something?
You have 30 days from delivery. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we refund you in full, cover the return, and usually don't even need it back — just send a photo. If you've changed your mind, you can still return an unused item, but you arrange return postage and a 15% handling fee is deducted, because your outbound shipping was free and already paid by us.
