It is in the shipping confirmation email, sent when the label is created. Search your inbox for "Discount4usa". If it went to spam, mark it as safe so the delivery updates reach you.
Tracking not moving?
The first day or so after the label is created often shows no scans — the label exists before the parcel is handed over. Allow 7-12 business days from dispatch. If there has been no update for five business days, email support@alpha-academy.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Marked delivered but not here?
Check with neighbours, the mail room, and any safe place around the property; carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered slightly before it arrives. If it has not turned up within 2 business days of the delivery scan, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
