What the window covers
Picking and packing at our US fulfilment partners, the carrier's own transit time, and the final local leg - which is the least predictable part and the one no retailer controls.
Why tracking looks stuck
A tracking number is issued when the label is created, not when the parcel moves. The first day or two of apparent silence is normal and not a sign of a problem.
When to contact us
If tracking has not moved for five business days, or the window has passed, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier. You do not need to chase them yourself.
